Not only has the Balance Board said that my “Fit Age” is decreasing, but I have lost an additional two pounds!
It always fun to see the weight loss go down on the graph rather than up. That makes a total loss of 15 pounds this year! I’ll take that since it is more likely to stay away… And I will keep the decrease in 7-9 years in my Fit age. Slow and steady and I am going to be a “skinny minnie” this time next year!
(Can you tell I am excited? haha)

Workout Challenge #3
It is no longer time to be shy since I am in the progress of hiring a personal trainer and/or a yoga teacher to help me lose more weight with the Wii Fit. The balance board weighed me in at 158 today. Not good, although not bad since I am no longer 160 and I had it on carpet.
That is going to be my “official” re-starting weight.

Wii Fit Friday Kickin’ It Up a Notch
First, I have to thank Mr. Boake Moore for the help content he has provided! Without it I think that I would hang steady at the weight I am.
Now the Fit Friday update a day early…
Nothings changed since last post. A bit depressing since I still wanted to lower my overall numbers. However, to look on the bright side, I have not gained anything either! Yea. In my book, I consider that progress. This prevents me from becoming a Wii Fit distraught fat girl. LOL I am making progress, just not as fast as I would like! This is where Boake enters the picture…
I went on the internet to see if I could find any structured Wii workouts. A lot of what I found was useless information. Boake at least had a starting list that got me to thinking about how I did my wii fit workouts. I need to get a better routine in place for my workouts. I have no specific place, time, or order of activities in place to maximize my return. I am thinking that I am going to consult me local friend who is actually a personal trainer. Then I can have a tailor made plan for my Wii Fit weight loss regime. Then my Wii Fit Fridays can actually have some progress and hopefully inspire others to take up the challenge!

Diary of Wii Fit Weight Loss
I had to edit the name a bit since it is not Friday. However, I did weigh in and see where I was on Friday. I was still the same according to my last weigh in. That is not bad considering I did not watch what I ate or how much activity I had for the time frame. I have to dedicate myself to my goals. I have been allowing family life to steal my time from the Wii Fit. I think that January was more active than December in my household, at least at the end of the month.
So my goal is to get the Wii Fitness Friday postings done first thing Friday. Then there are no excuses! As of right now, there is no Wii Fit weight loss but no gain either so I am not complaining. Additionally, my neighbor finally got her Wii Fit package from Amazon and now the challenge is on. She has the advantage since she has the average size family and is much younger. It will be easier for her to work out. Come spring I don’t want to be the old, fat lady on the block. I better get my butt in gear and use my Wii Fit and the rest of my balance board accessories!
To your Wii Workout Successes (and mine)!

Wii Fit Fridays – Diary of Wii Fit Weight Loss
Day 1
I have seen many blogs that post a weekly account of their progress with the Wii Fit on Fridays. I have been letting my Wii workout time slide, since I have been letting other family member’s obligations take precedence of my time. Here is my conscious decision to recommit to my workouts on the Wii Fit.
First, I need to define my goals. The biggest one I have is to lose weight. I have been shown since purchase that with dedicated time I can indeed lose weight with the Wii Fit! Since, I am 5′ 4″ stretching it, I really need to be in the 130 # range. (A side note: when I started my journey I was tipping the scales at 160. Today I weighed in on the balance board and I was at 154#.)
Second, in order to facilitate weight loss with the Wii Balance Board, I am also using Gillian Micheals’ Fitness Ultimatum 2009 three times a week. The simple reason for this is that I am not patient! I do want to see the scale to descend and this game really kicks my butt. On the days that I use Fitness Ultimatum, I will warm up with the Yoga program .
And lastly, I will be posting how my progress is coming via posts here on my blog. This makes me accountable to the world. I need that external motivation or I am more likely to let the family life dictate my schedule. Then my Wii Fit is sad I haven’t worked out for days at a time, and I eat just one more of those peanut butter cups sitting on my desk!
If you are joining me, then here’s to you! May we continue toward our goals of ultimately losing weight!
